Independence, Integrity and impartiality:

The Center or its technical management shall not participate in any activity that may interfere with the independence of its governance and impartiality and the relationship with inspection activities in accordance with type (A) referred to in paragraph 4.2.1 and Annex A- In accordance with the requirements of ISO / IEC 17020: 2012.

 

In addition, all permanent inspectors, collaborators and employees who have a direct or indirect relationship, sign a form of confidentiality and impartiality to maintain the confidentiality of the information they receive as a result of their work, as well as to declare any direct or indirect relationships that may be associated with customers at any stage of the work.

 

Confidentiality: -

• Information related to the company's business including details of customers and contracts of employment, market and financial data, methods and methods of work and operations executed.
• Information to be disclosed by customers in accordance with business requirements.
• Information relating to staff personal data.

The information is not disclosed or disclosed except with the customer's consent or based on the legislation or at the request of the accreditation bodies or the legal or judicial authorities. In all cases, the customer is notified.
